Nexus has undertaken executive searches across a range of very different roles. Recently, we carried out executive searches for the WA Soil and Land Conservation Commissioner and for the Executive Director Culture and the Arts. In each instance, the Nexus consultant worked closely with the selection panel to identify respected and well-connected leaders who provided leads to quality candidates. Several candidates were then approached and encouraged to consider applying. Throughout the process, competitive candidates were kept abreast of progress on the process, to promote their continued interest. Ultimately, executive search candidates were appointed to both roles.
